Netflix have curated the perfect guide for St Patrick's Day in lockdown.
Ahead of St. Patrick's Day, Netflix have shared a guide to the best Irish-related content to get you through the next few days. While some of the films and series on the list were made in Ireland, others feature Irish directors or actors – and then there's The Irishman. No matter where you are this St. Patrick's Day, there's no better way of getting in the spirit of the day than by celebrating the best of Irish film and TV talent.
Lost Girls
Based on a true story, Liz Garbus' Lost Girls landed on Netflix on March 13, and stars Gabriel Byrne. When Mari Gilbert's (Academy Award nominee Amy Ryan) daughter disappears, police inaction drives her own investigation into the gated Long Island community. Her search brings attention to over a dozen murdered sex workers.
I Am Patrick

Through re-enactments and historical text, this docudrama traces the path of St Patrick from kidnapped slave to patron saint of Ireland. I Am Patrick stars John Rhys-Davies, and is narrated by Irish actor Moe Dunford.
Katie
The critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary KATIE, directed by Ross Whitaker, intimately follows champion boxer Katie Taylor as she attempts to rebuild her career after a year of turmoil threatened to derail her career. With many writing her off, Taylor decided to start again, and the notoriously private champion agreed to let a small crew document her attempt to rescale the heights.
The Young Offenders
This acclaimed comedy, which spawned a successful TV series, follows two Cork inner-city teenagers, Conor and Jock, as they embark on a 160km road trip on stolen bikes in the hopes of finding an unrecovered bale of cocaine. The Young Offenders currently has an impressive 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
