Four individual films will be released "in proximity" to each other in April 2028.
Paul Mescal and Barry Keoghan are set to star as Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr in an upcoming series of Beatles biopics.
Sony Pictures announced this morning that four films - also featuring Harris Dickinson as John Lennon and Joseph Quinn as George Harrison - will arrive in April 2028. The movies will be directed by Oscar winner Sam Mendes.
Speaking at CinemaCon is Las Vegas, the director described the films as the "first binge-able theatrical experience".
"Each one is told from the particular perspective of just one of the guys," Mendes said. "They intersect in different ways - sometimes overlapping, sometimes not.
"They're four very different human beings. Perhaps this is a chance to understand them a little more deeply. But together, all four films will tell the story of the greatest band in history.

"I just felt the story of the band was too huge to fit into a single movie, and that turning it into a TV mini-series just somehow didn't feel right."
It had been rumoured for a while that Keoghan and Mescal would be featuring as two of the Fab Four. Ringo Starr hinted in November that Keoghan had been taking drum lessons. Last December, Ridley Scott said that Mescal was "doing the Beatles next", and that the Maynooth actor mightn't be able to join him on his next project.
The four films, based on the members of the best-selling band of all time, will be the first occasion that Apple Corps, the Beatles and the families of Lennon and Harrison have allowed full life story and music rights for a scripted film.
