60-year-old filmmaker Quentin Tarantino, has been seen visiting an Israeli army base in a photo shared on Twitter/X, by the Israel War Room.
"Legendary filmmaker Quentin Tarantino visits an Israeli base in southern Israel to boost IDF morale," the recent post read. The director was also spotted by the Times of Israel, posing for photos with fans as part of his "solidarity tour."

Israel have been at war with Hamas — an armed Palestinian group based in the Gaza strip — after they launched a surprise assault in Southern Israel on October 7th, killing hundreds at a music festival and taking hostages.

In response the IDF have bombarded the Gaza strip with continuing aerial and artillery strikes. Most recently, Israel are alleged to have bombed al Ahli hospital, killing at least 500.
A film director, screenwriter, actor, and author, Tarantino has directed 9 films thus far, his latest being 2019's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Characterized by their highly stylized violence and pop culture references, Tarantino's films have garnered him a Palme d'Or and an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
Tarantino has been living in Tel Aviv since 2019 with his wife, Daniella Pick and two children. The Israeli singer, 39, began her career in the early 2000s as a duo with her sister Sharona before embarking on a solo career. Her father, Tzvika Pick, is also an iconic Israeli pop musician, who was named “Israel’s Male Singer of the Year” in the 1970s.
The couple met in Israel in 2009 while he was promoting his film Inglourious Basterds. The couple got engaged in 2017 and wed in November 2018.
