New to the lineup is the Irish premiere of 'All of this Unreal Time', the Cillian Murphy-led film written by Max Porter and directed by Aoife McArdle. The premiere will be followed by a Q&A with members of the film's creative team.
Also announced is a ‘Liminal Soundbath’ with American composer and musician Alex Somers, along with special guests. Billed as a multi-sensory experience, people have been invited to bring a yoga mat to lie on at the Marina Market at 10pm on Saturday 9th September.

Musical acts featured range from American songwriter/producer Caroline Rose, Elaine Malone’s ‘Pyrrhic’ album launch, Pretty Happy, and a performance of musicians Rónán Ó Snodaigh's and Myles O'Reilly's new album 'The Beautiful Road'. Plus, the SFSH Festival club returns Friday and Saturday night, hosted by DJ Sally Cinnamon with some special guests.
These shows join the many acts already announced for the festival, including the European premiere of Bonny Light Horseman, Wilco, Feist's Multitudes, and much more. You can check out the full lineup on the festival's website.
Festival Director Mary Hickson advises people to start planning their experience now.
“This is the biggest SFSH to date - we are really pushing the boat out this year. We have one more piece of information to come later this month that will connect everything. You'll see special guests listed on many events, we plan to share these details with you soon. As with every SFSH there will be many surprises in store, and nobody will have the same experience - that's the point."
