The Matt Damon and Ben Affleck-produced drama series City On A Hill is coming to Sky Atlantic! The pay TV channel just announced the transmission date for the crime drama.

The first episode of City On A Hill will debut on Wednesday, September 18 at 9pm on Sky Atlantic.

The series is set in early 1990s Boston, rife with violent criminals emboldened by local law enforcement agencies in which corruption and racism was the norm. In this fictional account, driving change is assistant district attorney Decourcy Ward (Aldis Hodge), who comes from Brooklyn and forms an unlikely alliance with a corrupt yet venerated FBI veteran, Jackie Rohr (Kevin Bacon). Together, they take on a family of armoured car robbers from Charlestown in a case that grows to involve and ultimately subvert, the entire criminal justice system of Boston.

Besides Hodge and Bacon, City On A Hill also stars Jonathan Tucker (Parenthood), Mark O'Brien (Arrival), Lauren E. Banks (In Reality), Amanda Clayton (Bleed For This), Jere Shea (Southie), Kevin Chapman (Person Of Interest) and Jill Hennessy (Crossing Jordan).
