Irish star Barry Keoghan leads Marvel Studio's 25th film to date.
Marvel have released the trailer for their latest superhero offering Eternals today, featuring Irish actor Barry Keoghan.
The Dublin native is part of a star-studded ensemble cast, including Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek and Game of Thrones alumni Kit Harrington and Richard Madden.
According to Marvel Studios, "The epic story, spanning thousands of years, features a group of immortal heroes forced out of the shadows to reunite against mankind's oldest enemy, The Deviants."
This group of immortal heroes are the Eternals, featuring "Richard Madden as the all-powerful Ikaris, Gemma Chan as humankind-loving Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani as cosmic-powered Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as the super-fast Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as the intelligent inventor Phastos, Salma Hayek as the wise and spiritual leader Ajak, Lia McHugh as the eternally young, old-soul Sprite, Don Lee as the powerful Gilgamesh... and Angelina Jolie as the fierce warrior Thena."
Keoghan plays the villainous "aloof loner" Druig, with Kit Harrington also joining the cast as human warrior Dane Whitman.

The film is directed by Chloe Zhao (Nomadland) and is due to be released on November 5th.
In the wake of the trailers release, Keoghan re-shared a tweet he wrote back in 2013, tagging Marvel creator Stan Lee asking for a part, captioning it 'The power of Belief'

Marvel's Eternals will be released in cinemas and on Disney+ on November 5th.
