The teaser trailer flashes back and forth between different moments in Selena Gomez's life, both joyful and poignant.
Selena Gomez has shared the first teaser for My Mind & Me, the 'uniquely raw' documentary covering the last six years of her life.
The singer and actress has faced extreme highs and lows in her recent years - which will all be documented in the film directed by Alek Keshishian, coming to Apple TV+ on November 4th.
"My Mind & Me. We don’t get along sometimes and it gets hard to breathe… But I wouldn’t change my life," Gomez wrote on Instagram.

The 30-year-old began acting at just 10 on Barney & Friends before she rose to prominence on Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place as a teenager. The last six years saw her release album Rare in 2020, and the EP Revelación in 2021. Gomez became a star and executive producer of Only Murders in the Building with Steve Martin and Martin Short, which has just been renewed for a third season. The actress also has her own cooking show, Selena + Chef, on HBO Max.
Gomez recently celebrated the two-year anniversary of Rare Beauty, a makeup brand she founded "to break down the unrealistic standards of perfection and help everyone celebrate their individuality."

Also in her recent years, Gomez opened up about her health struggles. This included a Lupus diagnosis and subsequent kidney transplant from friend and actress Francia Raisa in 2017. In 2018, Gomez shared her experience with anxiety and depression, and in 2020 her bipolar disorder diagnosis.
"After years in the limelight, Selena Gomez achieves unimaginable stardom. But just as she reaches a new peak, an unexpected turn pulls her into darkness," reads the Apple TV+ synopsis.
