Ahead of its official release in December, the official teaser trailer for James Mangold's Bob Dylan biopic, A Complete Unknown, has been released.

Starring Timothée Chalamet as Dylan, the film follows the singer-songwriter's "meteoric rise as a folk singer to concert halls and the top of the charts – his songs and mystique becoming a worldwide sensation – culminating in his groundbreaking electric rock and roll performance at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965."

The teaser trailer also features Edward Norton as Pete Seeger, and Monica Barbaro as Joan Baez.

Other stars set to appear in the film include Elle Fanning, Boyd Holbrook, Dan Fogler, Norbert Leo Butz and Scoot McNairy.
