The funds raised will be split between ACLAÍ Palestine, Medical Aid for Palestinians and Palestine Sports For Life
Bohemian FC have announced that last month's historic solidarity match between their women's side and the Palestinian women's national team has raised a total of €98,490.
The phenomenal figure – which was reached after covering "all costs associated with the Palestinian team's travel and stay in Dublin" – will now be split between their three humanitarian partners: ACLAÍ Palestine, Medical Aid for Palestinians and Palestine Sports For Life.
"Thanks to all who supported this historic game and show of solidarity," the club wrote on social media, when sharing the news this afternoon.

The sold-out game, which took place at Dublin's Dalymount Park on May 15, on the 76th anniversary of the Nakba, aimed to "highlight the human rights violations in occupied Palestine." The night featured performances from Mary Black, Lankum's Radie Peat and Roisin El Cherif – and saw the Palestinian team win 2-1, in what was their first ever match in Europe.
The match was also the subject of a powerful documentary, Let It Bring Hope, available to watch below:
