What better way to ring in your 30th then to be immortalised in stone?
Conor McGregor is to get a hyper realistic statue for his landmark birthday this Saturday courtesy of Birmingham-based artist Aspencrow.
The piece is entitled 'Atlas' and is to be unveiled at the JD Malat Gallery in Mayfair, London.
Weighing in at 100kg, the statue brings a new meaning to 'heavyweight'. It was sculpted from photographs alone as Aspencrow has never met McGregor.
However, Aspencrow says the boxer knows and accepts the statue, which is valued at over €56,000.
The statue is already obtaining much support online from fans of the controversial sportsman, who is due in US court later this month on charges of assault and criminal mischief.
