British brand DAKS have forgone the typical use of models to promote their 2014 collections, instead enlisting the faces, bodies and voices of music legend Paul Weller and his daughter Leah.
Paul Weller is no stranger to fashion. The 'Modfather' earned his nickname as the former face of The Jam and The Style Council. King of the mods must have impeccable style in order to cement his title.
Paul Weller dresses to impress onstage and off, and has previously starred in a 2012 campaign for John Varvatos alongside the equally stylish Miles Kane (The 'Modson'?), as well as designing a fashion line for Pretty Green.
The Wellers feature in DAKS' 2014 campaign to celebrate the special 120th anniversary of the British Heritage brand. DAKS believe that the new campaign "perfectly represents the modern image of our iconic British brand".
The Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter 2014 campaigns were both shot in Brighton in November 2013. The Spring/Summer campaign was shot in a beautiful old townhouse, while the Autumn/Winter campaign was shot on Brighton beach.

Key pieces from the collection include a specially designed 120th Anniversary Check, statement dresses and classic luxury coats.
Paul and Leah sang together twice in promotional videos for DAKS. In one video they sing Paul's song 'Wildwood' and the other features his classic 'You Do Something to Me'. The stunning 22-year-old musician/model Leah's mother is Paul's ex Dee C. Lee. With two singers for parents, it is easy to see where Leah gets her vocal talent.
Paul told DAKS “It was a great pleasure to work with DAKS for their 120th Anniversary celebrations. Both Leah and myself had a brilliant time in Brighton shooting the SS14 and AW14 campaigns."
