Ahead of tonight's games, take a look at what can be expected from Group F.
The final group might just be the weakest, in that it would be a surprise is a semi-finalist emerged from this lot. But it could prove to be one of the most entertaining to watch. The presence of Portuguese man of awe, Cristiano Ronaldo (pictured), is reason alone to keep an eye on it. But given the relatively weak side around him - Father Time having pulled the plug on the golden generation of whom just a scattering remain - the notoriously petulant striker could be throwing tantrums early - and often.
If the top spot is still within Portugal's reach, then they'll have to best Austria - a side travelling with supreme confidence, following a dazzling campaign to get to France. In Bayern Munich's David Alaba, they boast one of the continent's most versatile and talented midfielders, while Christian Fuchs' displays for Leicester saw him deservedly lauded throughout the season. But they may just have flattered in the qualifiers to deceive in the finals.
Iceland, meanwhile, may not have such decorated names in their ranks - Swansea City's Gylfi Sigurdsson is the closest thing to a bonafide star - but their efforts in qualifying are already a thing of legend. Ousting The Netherlands is no mean feat, and former Sweden boss Lars Lagerback has brought genuine belief and organisation to a side capable of causing more significant upsets. Hungary aren't a bad side - though eliminating Norway in the playoffs has made them decidedly unpopular with Mrs Sports Colm at home. Most likely, a team largely comprising players based in their own domestic league will be outgunned in the scramble to make the knockout stages.
