Having started off wood-firing their delicious pizzas in a shipping container in Castlegregory and popping
up in numerous other Kerry locations, Forge opened in the capital four years ago and have gone on to receive rave reviews from the likes of Chat, Pizzas Of Dublin, Lovin’ Dublin and most importantly! Best Of Dublin. Although named after the different waves and surf spots on the 14km-long Brandon Bay in The Kingdom, Forge pizzas are very much of the sourdough Neapolitan persuasion and adorned with the finest artisan ingredients. From the Brandon Pier Marinara to the Hells Gate Crushed Tomato, Basil, Toonsbridge Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Spicy Pepperoni, Gubbeen Chorizo, Nduja & Fresh Jalapeno combo, they’re all good as are the House Dips  we love the Roast Garlic & Herby Mayo – that go with them. Being environmentally conscious, they’re using electric cargo bikes for their recently launched Dublin 6 and 14 delivery service. You’ll also find Forge Wood Fired Pizza still in Dingle and Castlegregory.
