Delivering on their promise to “make the humble spud beautiful”, this is a family favourite in the heart of Dublin’s riverside nightlife area. We’re big fans of their Boxty Slate and Stew tasting platters, which allow you to sample and share a range of their specialties. If chef-owner Pádraic Óg Gallagher looks familiar that’s because you might have seen him on TV3’s The Six O’Clock Show. A man of myriad talents, he also brews his own Jack Smyth Gold Ale, Red Ale and Stout, which can be sampled on the premises!
