The Dyson Airwrap™ styler has been designed to eliminate this conundrum by incorporating what they have dubbed Intelligent Heat Control into their system. A small internal thermometer measures the device’s temperature (40 times a second) and regulates accordingly.

Another distinctive feature of the Airwrap is that it utilises the “Coanda effect”. The motor creates an area of high pressure at the top of the styling barrel, forcing a high velocity jet of air around the barrel. This attracts, wraps, and curls the hair around the barrel, styling effortlessly.

The variety of attachments that come with the Airwrap mean that with one device you can create a variety of styles – from subtle waves and luscious curls to straight blow-dries, perfect for those of us who don’t have the budget (or space) for multiple hair styling tools.

The soft, smoothing brush is my personal favourite and great for everyday use. It transforms hair from lifeless to voluminous, while retaining a silky blow-dry finish.
