Model-turned-designer Heidi Klum, who teamed up with German superstore Lidl debuted her first collection at New York Fashion Week on Thursday.
The TV-star unveiled her first 84-piece collection on an extraordinary stage which had been transformed into a Lidl-#LETSWOW-Supermarket.
“Esmara by Heidi Klum: Heidi & The City,” a line inspired by New York City, includes stylish accessories, shoes, bomber jackets, a leopard-print blazer, super-skinny jeans and some pretty camisoles, with prices starting at just £4.99.
“I called it urban jungle. Because you see leopards and lions in the jungle, I thought leopard print would be a great start for my first collection. Leopard as bold and strong as it is, it’s something that will never get out of style. So I gave many of my pieces leopard print. You can wear it and go to work, looking good, chic, and expensive and you can also wear it on a date,” the German model said to People Style Magazine.
According to the Sun, Heidi has already a favourite piece in her range; a leopard-print blazer, which costs just £16.99 and is available in sizes 8 to 16.
