One-hundred-and-five years ago, the famous words of the Irish Proclamation were immortalised in their distinctive print by three Dubliners, William O’Brien, Michael Molloy and Christopher Joseph Brady – printers of the document.

Proclamation Irish Whiskey, launched in 2020 by Grace O’Malley Spirits, was created in honour of these unsung heroes. Formed from the finest Irish grain and malt whiskeys, the beautiful beverage is distilled and aged in new American Oak before being matured in bourbon casks.
