Specially designed for under-nines and their families, Imaginosity is an educational and creative environment for children to interact with. It’s been a roaring success, with over 650,000 visitors since opening in 2007. Encouraging children to “play, discover and imagine”, Imaginosity is a three-level haven for children to learn and explore. Level One’s child-sized proportioned town gives kids the chance to run their own supermarkets and garages, while Level Two’s puppet theatre promotes learning through drama. Maths and problem solving are also given pride of place in the specially equipped Maths House, boosting children’s cognitive abilities with a “hands-on, minds-on” approach. Tickets are €8 (adult/child, 3+); €6 (toddlers 1-2 years); and €2 (babies, 6-12 months). There’s also free entry for babies under six months.
