The Irish stars will be joined on the winners podium by James Nesbitt and the Irish women’s hockey team.
The Irish Post Awards 2017 proved to be a massive success, having attained record audience viewing figures after being broadcast live on national television and online around the globe, with the likes of Bob Geldof among those honoured at the event.
Hoping to build further on that success, 2018's installment takes place tomorrow, November 22nd at The Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London once again, and will be broadcast live on TG4, with coverage beginning at 9:30pm.
It's expected that more than 1,000 people will be in attendance for the ceremony tomorrow, which serves to honour Irish success and achievement in business, community, sport, film, music, entertainment, politics and more.
Among the recipients of awards this year will be the likes of musician Chris de Burgh, chart-topping band The Script (both of whom will also be performing, along with Sharon Corr, Don Mescall and The High Kings), actor James Nesbitt and the Irish Womens Hockey Team, with further category winners to be announced on the night.
Following in Geldof's footsteps from 2017, this year will see Chris de Burgh receive the 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding career which spans five decades.

Speaking on the award, de Burgh said: "I am thrilled and delighted to have been honoured with The Irish Post's Lifetime Achievement Award 2018."
"I would like to thank all those colleagues and fans from all over the world who have supported and encouraged me during my career of more than 44 years, and of course, many thanks to The Irish Post for this prestigious honour."
On top of performing twice on the night, The Script will be honoured with as winners of the Outstanding Contribution to the Music Industry Award as a result of the superstar status they have attained over the past decade.
"We are truly honoured to accept the Outstanding Contribution to Music gong at the Irish Post Awards and be inducted into the Irish Post Hall of Fame," said the Dublin band.
Also among the winners will be the Ireland Women's Hockey Team, who defied all expectations earlier this year by finishing as runners up at World Cup 2018 this summer. They will be credited for their efforts with the Sporting Achievement of the Year Award.
Martin Naughton has achieved unprecedented success on a global scale since the birth of his company GlenDimplex, which has resulted him in being one of the most successful Irish businessmen ever. The Louth man has a personal wealth of over $1 billion, and has been announced as the Outstanding Contribution to Business Award winner of The Irish Post Awards.
Having starred in the likes of Cold Feet, Bloody Sunday and Murphy's Law (and in classic Yellow Pages adverts), James Nesbitt is has become one of the most recognisable Irish faces in television and film. Having started his career in the early 1990s, the Derry man has earned numerous accolades, and he'll be adding another to his collection when he receives the Outstanding Contribution to the Film & Television Industry Award
