Social media analytics firm, Talkwalker, has checked the stats and listed the top ten tweets that received the most engagement throughout 2017.
Last year was a big one. From natural disaster, politics, anniversaries and birthdays - it gave Twitter users a lot to talk about.
Internet live stats quantify that for every second, on average, around 6,000 tweets are tweeted on Twitter. This corresponds to over 350,000 tweets sent per minute, 500 million tweets per day and around 200 billion tweets per year.
So, which Tweets made the top ten?
