The Stunning have had an enduring impact on the Irish rock scene. They formed in 1987, guitarist Steve Wall taking out an ad out in Hot Press. They quickly became a household name in Ireland, and soundtracked the lives of a generation of Irish people in the 80s and 90s.
Though they disbanded in 1994, they have reunited since and embarked on multiple tours. In 2021, the band embarked on a sold-out tour of Ireland celebrating their debut album, Paradise in the Picturehouse.

They're set to play a string of Irish gigs this year, including a 3Olympia Theatre headliner on November 25. You can see all their upcoming dates here.
This year's All-Ireland Football final is gearing up to be a hugely exciting one. Dublin and Kerry play each other at Dublin's Croke Park. They also faced one another in of last year’s All-Ireland Semi Final, with Kerry coming out on top by one point.
Tickets for the final have not gone on general sale ahead of the game, with the GAA distributing tickets to county boards across the country. Dublin and Kerry get the biggest allocations, and Dublin and Kerry residents who have Croke Park season tickets can also buy a ticket.
The final will also be shown live on RTÉ 2 this Sunday, July 30, with kick-off at 3.30pm.
