For these girls, a dream came true as they became the new Victoria's Secret Angels. The most beautiful lingerie models in the world are allowed to float over the catwalk with famous colleagues such as Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima.
It turns out that the casting this year was the most competitive one ever, with 400 girls attending the New York call-backs which were run by casting director John Pfeiffer. Only 16 beauties won the competition and the winners are young women from all corners of the globe.
“We don’t check boxes or worry about reaching quotas when it comes to choosing models. We react to the woman standing before us in that moment and of course, we keep certain descriptors, such as beautiful, strong, healthy and engaging in mind,” told John Pfeiffer to British Vogue.
Part of the new Victoria's Secret Angels is also the British model Alexina Graham who is known for her tall body frame and for the work that she has done for Burberry and Sportmax Code.
