With the Electric Picnic announcement due shortly we've picked the 10 acts we'd most like to see on this year's bill
With festival announcements in full flow the one most people on these shores wait for each year is the announcement of the Electric Picnic lineup.
With an announcement due very shortly we decided to pick the 10 acts we'd most like to see at this year's festival...
LCD Soundsystem: Having only recently reformed and with their addition to many other festival lineups around Europe these would be many peoples favourites as one of EP’s headliners for 2016
Radiohead: Similar to LCD Soundsystem, Radiohead would be seen as many peoples first choice headliners for this year’s festival.
PJ Harvey: With a much-hyped new record The Hope Six Demolition Project due out next month it would be criminal if she's not included on this years bill.

New Order: These guys are an EP favourite for many, having appeared at the festival on a number of occasions and with a new LP under their belts we cant see anything but an appearance from them at this years edition of EP.
Air: Air haven't played Ireland in years and their addition to this years EP would be the perfect fit for a Sunday afternoon slot as the weekend is drawing to a close.
Mogwai: These guys also have a new record due out in April and have also announced a handful of small festival appearances around Europe and Japan. It might be a long shot but we're pretty sure many people would like to see these added to the lineup at some stage.
Bloc Party: They've been quite for a few years now while they pursued solo projects but its great to see them back having just released their first new material in four years.
Iggy Pop: Post Pop Depression was just released and it’s pretty good so for that alone we would like to see him on the bill. Iggy was brilliant on the EP main stage a few years ago and we would love to see him back with his new collaborator Josh Homme.
The Coral: These guys are one of the most underrated bands over the last 15 years. They have a new album out this Friday and from what we’ve heard so far its pretty decent.
Kanye West: OK so this is a long shot but he has a new album out and we love him.
