Last year, Jenny Greene and the RTE Concert Orchestra were brought together by 2FM for the one of the standout acts of Electric Picnic and a sellout night in Dublin's 3Arena. This year 2FM The Sound of Nation is bringing this Live 90's experience to the Marquee Cork on Saturday June 17. Also performing alongside Jenny Green will be Cork based singer Gemma Sugrue and conductor Gavin Murphy.

Storming the stage at Electric Picnic last year, Jenny and the Orchestra found themselves mobbed by a crowd of people who wanted to get in to the Rankin Wood venue to see their unique set. They topped the list for many as the highlight of the weekend.

Classics from the original set will be played alongside many new exciting arrangements. Last November, due to incredible demand, the team came together for a full gig at the 3Areana. A whole new audience discovered the thrill of witnessing the RTE's Concert Orchestra - who were voted the World's Favourite Orchestra in the international poll of 2015.
