DaBaby was criticised for homophobic comments during the Miami leg of the festival in July.
The controversial rapper DaBaby was brought out by 50 Cent at the Rolling Loud Festival during the New York leg of the event.
Not one to shy away from negative media attention himself, the rapper behind 'In da Club' was one of the big supporters of DaBaby earlier this year when he was criticised for homophobic comments during his set at the Miami leg of the festival.
DaBaby's second appearance at a Rolling Loud festival was apparently not live-streamed along with the rest of 50 Cent's headline set.
Fan pictures and videos surfaced after his performance, and DaBaby also posted a photo with 50 after the show.
"He’s only two years into his career. There’s no artist development," 50 Cent said of DaBaby in August. “There’s no strong A&R in this. There’s definitely no media training.”
Saying that DaBaby will "bounce back," he added: "Remember, they tried to cancel Chris Brown five or six times." Brown himself is a controversial figure mainly due to assaulting Rihanna back in 2009.

The backlash towards DaBaby started when he told the crowd at the Miami Rolling Loud Festival, "If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS… put your cellphone light up… Fellas, if you ain’t sucking dick in the parking lot, put your cellphone light up."
These comments drew criticism from a number of artists and LGBT groups, including Elton John and Dua Lipa.
Having collaborated with DaBaby in the past, she posted on Instagram shortly after the event, writing "I really don’t recognise this as the person I worked with.
I know my fans know where my heart lies and that I stand 100% with the LGBTQ community. We need to come together to fight the stigma and ignorance around HIV/AIDS."
