Tickets go on sale later this week
As A Lazarus Soul gear up to release their long-awaited new album, No Flowers Grow in Cement Gardens (out on July 5), the band have announced a major headline show at Vicar Street, Dublin, on Saturday, October 26.
"We’ve seen some of our favourite gigs ever in Vicar St," A Lazarus Soul wrote on social media this morning. "Flaming Lips, Low, Vic Chesnutt, Smog, Christy Moore, Television, Stereolab & Microdisney, to name a few.
"It’s one of the best venues on the planet and it’s been our aim, for one night, to have all the headbangers we’ve ever known under its roof," they continued.
Ahead of the album, the band – made up of Brian Brannigan, Anton Hegarty, Julie Bienvenu and Joe Chester – have released the lead single, 'The Flower I Flung Into Her Grave':

No Flowers Grow in Cement Gardens follows A Lazarus Soul's lauded 2019 album, The D They Put Between The R & L.
The band are also set to support The The at Collins Barracks in Dublin on August 25.
