Irish indie, post-punk and DIY bands compilation announced!
With an overview of Irish Indie, post-punk and DIY bands in all Ireland, 'A Litany of Failures: Volume II' features 18 new songs from DIY bands across Ireland. The compilation features new songs from indie-pop veterans like No Monster Club, Dott and Big Monster Love, but also bands that are new to the scene such as Hot Cops or Postcard versions among many others.
The “A Litany Of Failures” series began two years ago with a four way split featuring four of Ireland’s most loved bands in the DIY circuit – Oh Boland, Shrug Life, That Snaake and Junk Drawer.
Released at the 7th June 2016.
The compilation of Volume II is being released on double-gatefold vinyl on July 13th and will be celebrated with five gigs across the country:
-Friday July 13th – Roisin Dubh, Galway: Dott, Field Trip, Shrug Life, Junk Drawer
-Saturday July 14th – JaJa Studios, Dublin: Postcard Versions, Big Monster Love, Dott, Nervvs, Blue Whale, Shrug Life, and more
