Following the release of We, Myself, I earlier this year, we're delighted to present Laura Elizabeth Hughes as our next act on the Hot Press Y&E Series – going live on the Hot Press Instagram at 7.30pm this evening.
From modest beginnings performing covers on her own YouTube channel in 2012, Laura Elizabeth Hughes has established herself as one of the country's most thrilling singer-songwriters. In addition to co-writing Ireland's Eurovision entry, 'Together' with Ryan O’Shaughnessy and Mark Caplice, she's released a stunning selection of singles and EPs as a solo artist – earning a spot on the cover of Spotify's prestigious A Breath of Fresh Eire playlist. She's also supported the likes of Dermot Kennedy, James Bay, Billie Marten, Little Hours and Cry Monster Cry. Earlier this year, she released her highly anticipated EP, We, Myself, I.
