Fitzpatricks Shoes host Grafton Street’s first Celebrity Shoe Exhibition for ‘Walk In My Shoes’
The Adam Clayton supported 'Walk In My Shoes' campaign in support of St. Patrick’s University Hospital continues this week with the launch today of their Celebrity Shoe Exhibition.
Fitzpatricks Shoes on Grafton Street will host the exhibition in their store to mark the ‘Walk In My Shoes’ initiative which provides mental health services to vulnerable young adults throughout Ireland.
Over 40 celebrity shoes will be on view at the exhibition including autographed pairs from Adam Clayton – who was at the recent launch – Golfers Rory Mc Ilroy, Darren Clarke, Padraig Harrington and Paul Mc Ginley, The Saturday’s Una Healy, The Original Rude Boys and Roy Seven, Celebrity Chef Nevin Maguire, Late Late Show Host Ryan Tubridy, TV personalities Lorraine Keane and Sybil Mulcahy, Models Rosanna Davison and Alison Canavan, Snooker player Ken Doherty and Rugby commentator Brent Pope and players Paul O’ Connell, Rob Kearney and Brian O’ Driscoll among many others.

The celebrity shoes will be on view to the public at Fitzpatricks Shoes’ store windows this weekend (March 8-10)) and will then be exhibited in St. Patrick’s University Hospital’s campus for six weeks which will be also be open for public viewing.
The official 'Walk in My Shoes' day will take place on Friday, April 12 where supporters from all over Ireland will wear funky or mismatched shoes and fundraise. An online auction will take place at the end of April through 'Walk in My Shoes' Facebook and Twitter (#WIMS2013) pages.
