The Big Thief guitarist and singer has also released a brand-new single 'Ruined', a glimpse at her anticipated 2024 solo record.

As part of an expansive European tour, Lenker will play Galway's The Black Box on Friday 19th April, Kilkenny's St Canice's Cathedral on 20th April, and Dublin's Vicar Street on 21st April.

Lenker's new single 'Ruined' is an intro to Lenker’s highly anticipated new solo album, which she has announced will be coming in 2024. She demonstrates her unique emotive abilities, moving to the piano for the first time: the guitarist for Big Thief, she's mostly stuck to guitar on her previous solo records, including her widely praised 2020 solo album songs and instrumentals.
The accompanying music video for 'Ruined' collages footage of Lenker in autumnal foliage: soaking in riverbeds, basking in the afternoon sun, and dancing along tree-lined paths. It was directed by Lenker's brother Noah Lenker.

Of ‘Ruined,’ Lenker says: “This song has been a quiet beacon for me. It may contain the essence of the gift of romantic love but it’s mostly about something much bigger.”
