"Together we raised over $125,000 for the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund," Adrianne Lenker wrote in an Instagram post. "Beginning today, 100% of the proceeds will go towards the Haven Fund, established by the Elnajjar Joudah Foundation and the Gaza Scholarship Initiative."
Adrianne Lenker's collection of demo songs, i won't let go of your hand, has raised $125,000 (€116,000) for the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
The six-track collection is available to purchase, but not stream, via Bandcamp. Launched in March 2024, the musician pledged that all proceeds would be donated to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund.
In an Instagram post, Lenker announced that money made through the collection will now be split between The Elnajjar Joudah Foundation's Haven Fund and The Gaza Scholarship Initiative.

The Gaza Scholarship Initiative supports Palestinian students by providing partial or full scholarships at undergraduate, master's and doctorate levels.
Lenker is the singer-songwriter of American indie folk band Big Thief, who faced controversy in 2022 over two scheduled performances in Tel Aviv, Israel. Initially defending the decision, the band cancelled the concerts following continued backlash and criticism.
Lenker later described the decision to play in Tel Aviv as "naïve and not thought out."
