Aerosmith frontman Steve Tyler 'seeking immediate care' as band cancel remaining tour dates

Aerosmith have been forced to cancel the remainder of their tour dates as Steve Tyler is "seeking immediate care" due to suffering "unexpected medical issues" which have led to the band cancelling the remainder of their tour.

In a statement posted to Steven Tyler’s Twitter account on Tuesday (September 26), the singer announced that Aerosmith was cancelling their last four shows of the band’s South American tour due to unexpected, unspecified medical issues.

In a statement, Tyler said, “Please not to worry… I am not in a life threatening condition, but I need to deal with this right away, and get some rest and medical care immediately in order to sustain and maintain my future performances....I promise I'll be back...” Read the full statement below.
