Danish musician Agnes Obel has announced an upcoming European tour, featuring a stop at Dublin's Vicar Street on March 29.

A lauded composer, singer and pianist, Agnes recently announced a new partnership with Deutsche Grammophon, Universal Music Group's prestigious Yellow Label, and Blue Note in America.

You can expect brand new music from an upcoming project, as well as song's from her award-winning albums Philharmonics, Aventine and Citizen of Glass.

Born in Copenhagen and based in Berlin, Agnes draws from her classical piano training to create experimental, cinematic chamber pop.

Tickets are €32, and go on sale this Friday, September 6, at 9am.
