The news follows a string of high-profile departures form the station in recent weeks.
Aifric O'Connell, Lottie Ryan and David O'Reilly will be enjoying new presenting roles at RTÉ 2FM this summer.
O'Connell will join Carl Mullan and Donncha O’Callaghan on 2FM Breakfast, with Ryan and O'Reilly teaming up on Monday-Friday for 2FM Drive.
"We are very happy that for the summer we are strengthening our schedule with 2FM homegrown talent with Aifric, Lottie and David,” said head of RTÉ 2FM Dan Healy, in a statement revealing the scheduling for the coming months.
“2FM has always been programmed with a mix of presenters who have learnt their craft here with personalities from outside who have built a profile with younger audiences. It always starts with the audience first and this summer's schedule is built with only them in mind.”

Aifric O’Connell has been working at the station since 2017, where she covered for the late Larry Gogan, and then subsequently took over Weekend Breakfast. She moved to the evening slot in late 2021, and has been a regular contributor on various shows, most recently on Drive it with the 2 Johnnies.
Lottie Ryan presented the entertainment news on 2FM from Monday to Friday, as well as stepping in to present Breakfast Republic in 2018 and 2019.
Elsewhere, David O’Reilly has been a contributor across various daytime 2FM shows, also presenting Bank Holiday Breakfast. He has appeared in West End productions of The Book of Mormon and Grease. He also played the role of Bean in the hit ITV series Benidorm and appeared in Netflix’s Christmas on Mistletoe Farm.
Last week RTÉ 2FM announced that Jennifer Zamparelli would be leaving the station after ten years. Her departure followed similar news that other popular 2FM presenters The 2 Johnnies and Doireann Garrihy would also be finishing up on May 31.
