The performance comes off the heels of their 25th anniversary tour for Moon Safari.
Air have announced a show at Dublin’s Fairview Park on June 17.
Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9 a.m. The musical duo, consisting of Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel, also came to Dublin in 2024 to perform at the Trinity Summer Series. Last year they celebrated the 25th anniversary of their acclaimed album Moon Safari.
“To me, Moon Safari is perfect,” said Godin.
Described by Dunckel as “a deep, universal spell, full of love and mystery,” the album was released in 1998. They only had one EP out at the time, but the record attracted fans such as David Bowie, Madonna and David Lynch.

“We were a duo doing some electronic thing, dreaming of selling 10,000 copies and being recognised by other musicians as cool,” said Dunckel. “Then suddenly, we met the world.”
Air dropped Moon Safari Rarities (25th Anniversary Edition) in March of last year, featuring live performances, demos and a never-before-seen track.
Tickets for their Dublin show will be available here, as well as other European tour dates beginning in March.
