Alone
The Amalgams continue their journey up the coffee table with this, their first release on the ultra-hip (and damn good) Compost label.
The Amalgams continue their journey up the coffee table with this, their first release on the ultra-hip (and damn good) Compost label. ‘Alone’ is a slice of drippy/dreamy (delete as appilcable) two-Spanish-flecked step-cum-house with a deep b-line and some nifty keys that’ll life any day. “Guilty As Charged’ is an annoying sprint through 45rpm jazzy breakbeats, while ‘Ten Strokes To A Pound’ is nice-but-predictable summery rip-hop.
