Coming to Ireland this June, the country-folk artist Drake White will be playing at Whelan's in Dublin while on tour following the release of his 2022 album The Optimystic
The Nashville-based, Alabama-born Drake White is a country singer of more than simply some renown - besides being the singer for Drake White & The Big Fire, he's opened for Little Big Town and the Zac Brown Band.
While an unfortunate incident and hemorrhagic stroke in 2019 almost put a pause on White's touring and performing ability forever, as a miraculous, odds-defying man, White hasn't let that, or anything else, stop him from making music.
Since he's gone through physical therapy, work hard to regain the ability to walk and play guitar, he's released his latest album The Optimystic. He's also embarked on a tour - one that will soon be coming to Ireland as a part of its European leg.
