'Rave On, Van Morrison' is finally here! This evening, Hot Press launches a major YouTube event to celebrate Van Morrison's 75th birthday – with Andrea Corr kicking off proceedings with a performance of 'Moondance'.

The performance is the first of many stunning renditions of Van Morrison's songs lined up over the coming weeks. Over the course of 'Rave On, Van Morrison', you can expect appearances from some of the most iconic names in the country – including President Michael D. Higgins with Bill Whelan, Hozier, Sinéad O'Connor, Gary Lightbody of Snow Patrol, Imelda May, Glen Hansard and Damien Dempsey, to name just a few.

As one of Ireland's most celebrated artists, we're delighted to present Andrea Corr as our first act on 'Rave On, Van Morrison'. Since rising to global attention as the lead singer of The Corrs, she has topped charts around the world, received an honorary MBE, found success as a solo artist, and released her acclaimed memoir, Barefoot Pilgrimage, last year.

Kicking off with Andrea Corr's cover of 'Moondance' tonight, each performance will be posted at 7pm Irish Standard Time every night on the Hot Press YouTube channel.
