Arctic Monkeys have released seven studio albums to date, with The Car marking their latest opus.
Arctic Monkeys released a video for LP cut 'Sculptures Of Anything Goes' following the release of their latest album The Car. It was shot during the band's recent Australian and South American tour.
The video was edited by Matt Cronin and directed by Ben Chappel, with whom the band has previously collaborated.
Starting in May, the alternative rock band will go on tour in the UK and Ireland. Further information can be found below.
In the cynical song, frontman Alex Turner sings: "How am I supposed to manage my infallible beliefs / While I'm sockin' it ya? Performin' in Spanish on Italian TV" reflecting the pressure on him and the Arctic Monkeys to be one.
He goes on to sing about how the Sheffield band split their fans with their 2018 album Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino, reflecting on how the band's new sound was received by the fans.

In our The Car review, we have already acknowledged Turner's sublime attention to detail with which he sketches "Formation displays of affection / Blank canvasses leant against gallery wall / Subbuteo cloaks / Village coffee mornings with not long retired spies."
Arctic Monkeys will perform at Marlay Park in Dublin on June 20th as part of a UK and Ireland tour in May and June of this year. Special guests include Swedish rock band The Hives and Liverpool-based band The Mysterines. They're also set to headline Glastonbury Festival 2023 alongside Elton John and Guns 'n' Roses.
Tickets for the Arctic Monkeys can be found here.
Arctic Monkeys will now play Marlay Park instead of Malahide Castle in Dublin next June. Tickets will remain valid. Additional tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 2nd December. https://t.co/T6jRZsBEAX pic.twitter.com/gJ5OmvfEtW
