The acclaimed 19 year old singer songwriter – (Alessi Laurent-Marke) a daughter of Shooting Stars TV producer Alan Marke – released her debut album Notes From The Treehouse on Virgin earlier this year.

She opens her Irish account in Cyprus Avenue in Cork (Wed Jan 13) taking in Roisin Dubh (Jan 14), Electric Avenue, Waterford (Jan 15), Whelan's, Dublin (Jan 16) and Dolan's, Limerick (Jan 17). She will be accompanied on all five dates by Sons of Noel and Adrian and O Emperor.

Alessi's album was produced by Mike Mogis, the Rilo Kiley producer, who is also a member of Conor Oberst's Bright Eyes. It features Jake Bellows of Neva Dinova and Nate Walcott of Bright Eyes, among others.
