The Irish rock favourites return to the Stradbally festival
Ash took to the Main Stage of Electric Picnic to play their hour-long set.
The Northern Irish rockers garnered a large crowd as they played both classics and newer songs from their latest album, Islands.
The crowd bopped through heart-pounding drum beats (courtesy of Alan Lynn) and amplified guitars.
They also sang along to their favourites, most audience members jumping around while trying not spill drinks.
Frontman Tim Wheeler drove the crowd wild as he held his guitar up in the air numerous times throughout their performance.

He also announced the band's delight at playing the Main Stage having previously played at the Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow.
Ash are the first band to play an hour-long set on this year's Main Stage, following Brand New Friend's half-hour opener.
This evening will also Chvrches, Walking on Cars and Kendrick Lamar take to the same stage.
