The Backstreet Boys have today announced the release of what will be their first album in ten years in DNA, scheduled to come out January 25th on RCA Records. It will marked the tenth studio record for the boy band, featuring songs written by the likes of Lauv (Charli XCX), Andy Grammer, Stuart Crichton (DNCE) and Mike Sabbath (J Balvin).

In support of its release, the group have also confirmed a subsequent world tour, which will be their biggest in eighteen years. The 'DNA World Tour' will see AJ, Howie, Nick, Kevin and Brian perform all over Europe and North America over the course of three months, taking in a show at Dublin’s 3Arena in the process. “When this group started 26 years ago – and through all the highs and lows of our career – we’ve had to learn it wasn’t about us as individuals but about what’s best for the group,” said Howie in a statement.

The album will pride itself on the individuality of each member of the Backstreet Boys, and what they collectively add to make the group the force it has become.

“That’s what I love about this album,” added Kevin. “We were able to bring all of our influences and styles into one coherent piece of work. These songs are a great representation of who we are as individuals and who we are as a group. It's our DNA. We’re really proud of that.”

Also released today was a brand new single off DNA titled 'Chances'. You can check out the music video for the song - which was written by Ryan Tedder and Shawn Mendes- below.

Tickets for the Backstreet Boys at the 3Arena go on sale at 10am this Friday from Ticketmaster.
