Listen to the new track from the hotly tipped Dublin artist below.
Badscandal continues to mark himself as a serious one-to-watch with his first release of 2022, 'Jumpin' Around' – which has clocked up over 35,000 Spotify streams since its release last week.
The track amassed over 20,000 of those streams in its first two days on the music streaming service – after earning prestigious spots on some of Spotify's biggest dance playlists.
Following the release of 'Demons' last year – and its accompany video, which premiered on Hot Press – the Dublin artist, also known as Luke Power, is gearing up for a major 2022. He spent the better part of 2021 writing, producing and collaborating, so you can expect plenty of new tracks coming soon.
The 22-year-old's sound is largely based on EDM subgenres like slap house and deep house, though he initially found success as acoustic artist. Earlier in his career, he accompanied Picture This on their first Irish tour.

Luke grew up in a musical family – as the son of The Script's drummer Glen Power – and from an early age was playing a variety of instruments. Constantly surrounded by singers, he discovered a passion for unique vocal production, which he's incorporated into his own music.
'Jumpin' Around' further establishes Badscandal as one of the country's most promising emerging artists. Listen to the single below:
