BD Festival will take place in the breathtaking surrounds of Glendalough House, Co. Wicklow this Friday, April 14.

The spectacular 10th edition of the festival fuses a cocktail of music, art, community, cuisine and BYOB, on a day where everyone else’s doors are closed.

In terms of musical offering, The Live Stage will play host to a mixture of cover bands, from festival favourites Smash Hit to Daft Punk impersonators RobotRock.

Also on the bill is energetic original Irish artists like R.S.A.G, funk-freaks Too Fools, world music styled sisters' AE Mak and, from the burgeoning new generation of Irish hip-hop artists, Rocstrong.

Across the venue’s grounds, BD Festival will host interactive and immersive art installations. This year, for the first time, the festival will have an aerial and acrobatic show in the Forest Stage, hosted by Toast and Wah-Wah Club.

Abstract and Bedlam will bring the action to The Barn, with the likes of Huxley making his BD debut after a string of sold out club nights.

The location is the beautiful grounds of Glendalough House which is a fifteen hundred acre estate of mountainside, woodlands, pastures, rolling parklands and historic buildings located in the heart of Wicklow.
