What’s this? An anthem for the great unwashed? A jingle for household cleaning products? A song bemoaning bath scum? Far from it, dear reader: it is in fact an analogy for all things lurve. Right... Having adopted the throaty warble of Shirley Bassey, No Doubt songstress Gwen Stefani combs the depths of emotion for this timeless one liner: “Share my toothbrush, you’re my kind of man”, while the rest of the band occupy themselves with a series of utterly tuneless synth noises while desperately attempting to secure some form of melody. Needless to say, it doesn’t work. Unequivocally terrible.
