After releasing Eighty Eight last year, now Belfast DJ and producer GILMORE has shared a new four-track EP Electric Tears
The musically gifted Belfast DJ and Celtronic Studios producer GILMORE has revealed a brand new EP: the "dub-pressure, anthemic techno-break, and psychedelic progressive club" collection Electric Tears.
Already released ahead of the EP's drop are the electronic bop track 'Goose' and the title track, 'Electric Tears.' With synthetic grooves that pulse, the two singles prove to be the perfect introduction to GILMORE's work and set the tone of the new EP perfectly.
It comes on the heels of GILMORE's 2022 Eighty Eight EP, another four-track playlist that transforms electronic music into hype-pieces ready to go back-to-back across the soundwaves. It was produced by the Timmy Stewart-headed label Extended Play.
Since then, GILMORE has been hard at work at Celtronic Studios, a recording studio "specialising in electronic music with a focus on collaborative/cross community working." There, the Belfast artist cultivated an hour-long dub-step and electronic masterpiece for the Celtronic Festival, which is now on YouTube.
No stranger to the music scene, GILMORE has also toured across Europe and North America supporting acts like Young Blud and Sports Team. He's even played in festivals like Emerge and Stendhal. Now, with the release of Electric Tears, GILMORE continues to explore a "diverse range of sonic exploration" with his music.
