Ben Howard celebrates ten years of his sophomore album I Forget Where We Were with a live run of the UK and Ireland this autumn.
British singer-songwriter Ben Howard is gearing up to hit the road with a 13-date live run of the UK and Ireland this autumn. The tour comes in celebration of the 10 year anniversary of Howard’s critically acclaimed UK No. 1 album I Forget Where We Were.
Arriving at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre on Saturday 26th October, the performance will include a live showing of the album in its entirety, along with b-side tracks and rarities produced around the record’s initial release in 2014.
A follow-up to his triumphant debut LP, Every Kingdom, Howard’s sophomore album signalled a stark change in sound and temperament. Where Every Kingdom offered a sense of acoustic purity, I Forget Where We Were brought out the darker, stormier side of the rising star. The album, which garnered overwhelming support from fans worldwide, debuted at the top of the UK album charts and prompted three sold-out shows at London’s Alexandra Palace.
The tour news comes paired with the release of a crystal-clear double-vinyl edition of the record, now available featuring new alternative artwork to its original release.
Tickets for the upcoming retrospective tour will be on sale from €50.70 this Friday 31st May at 10am.
