The event will feature live performances from Biig Piig, Kojaque, Lava La Rue, Maverick Sabre and DJ sets from yunè pinku and Mac Wetha.
Biig Piig has announced the details of GAZA AID, a benefit concert presented in conjunction with Choose Love. Rooted in humanitarian principles, the fundraiser will generate funds to provide urgent aid to over 2 million people trapped inside Gaza.
“The humanitarian Crisis in Gaza is one of the most horrific I’ve seen in my lifetime.” Biig Piig said. “There have been so many lives destroyed and dreams taken from innocent people. I wanted to hold an event to support the people that have been affected and to spread awareness to what’s happening in real time.”
Headlined and organised by Cork native Biig Piig, GAZA AID features a lineup of exciting breakthrough artists, including Irish acts Kojaque, Maverick Sabre, and DJ yunè pinku, who will be featured in the upcoming ‘Hot For 2024’ issue of Hot Press, out next week.
The group of artists, joint in support of the Choose Love mission, explained their decision to stage GAZA AID, writing, “It is our mission to raise funds to support Choose Love’s efforts to get urgent humanitarian aid to the more than 2 million people trapped inside Gaza. We are devastated by the ongoing suffering and are doing everything we can to support civilians affected by this crisis. Thanks to all the contributing artists and their teams, to Metropolis for pulling it together, to Village Underground for hosting, to Choose Love for their all efforts and for the extended humanitarian work that they do across the Globe, and thank you to all ticket buyers and donors, we can’t wait to see you at what will be a special night.”

The concert will take place on 4th February at London’s Village Underground, with 100% of profits raised from ticket and merchandise sales going toward Choose Love, a nongovernmental organisation working towards emergency response work in Gaza.
“We’re so grateful to Biig Piig for choosing love and helping us get essential aid to the 2+million people trapped inside Gaza,” said Emma Stevenson, deputy CEO of Choose Love. “It’s unbearable to witness the devastation and suffering of so many people. But by Choosing Love there is always something we can do when we come together. Biig Piig and everyone who attends the event on February 4th will be making a huge difference.”
Tickets for GAZA AID are available now for £25.
