The 19-year-old's upcoming album follows the success of her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, which won three Grammy awards in 2020.
Billie Eilish has announced the release of a concert film, 'Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles.' The film will be available on September 3 on Disney+ after the July 30 release of Eilish's upcoming album, Happier Than Ever.
For the concert, Gustavo Dudamel conducted Eilish, her brother and long-time collaborator, Finneas, the Los Angeles Children's Chorus, and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. The film, which was shot at the Hollywood Bowl, was directed by Robert Rodriguez and Patrick Osborne.
In a statement, the Grammy-award winning artist described the opportunity to work with Disney as "a huge honor."
"To be able to present my album in this way and dedicate it to the city that I love and grew up with is so exciting to me," said Eilish.
Ahead of her sophomore album release, Eilish has released five singles so far, including her latest single, 'NDA.' In recent interviews she has said that therapy helped her songwriting, which has made Happier Than Ever more introspective than her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?
