He reportedly visited her home seven times.
Billie Eilish has been granted a temporary restraining order against Prenell Rousseau, a 24 year old man who visited Eilish's family home on seven occasions.
Rousseau first showed up uninvited last Monday, and rang the doorbell to ask if Eilish lived there. Eilish's father said no, and Rousseau returned to the home later the same evening, exhibiting "erratic behaviour".
TMZ obtained court documents from the case, housing the singer's statement: "While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book, while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue. My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused…”

A hearing has been scheduled for June 1st, and in the meantime Rousseau is required to keep a distance of 182 metres from Eilish and her parents, as well as cease all attempts to contact them.
Although Rousseau was taken into police custody twice last week, he was not detained, as American Law Enforcement have been attempting to keep non-violent offenders out of jail to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
